Pricing
All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice. MKV Publishers reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order placed at an incorrect price. Taxes, where applicable, will be applied at checkout.
Order Acceptance
Placing an order on this website constitutes an offer to purchase. MKV Publishers reserves the right to accept or decline any order at its discretion. Order confirmation will be sent via email or whatsapp within 24 working hours.
Payment Terms
Full payment is required at the time of placing the order. Accepted payment methods are:

- Bank Transfer
- Cash on Delivery (COD) — available within Pakistan
- Credit/Debit Card
For Bank Transfer orders, payment must be completed within 48 hours of confirmation, failing which the order will be cancelled automatically.
Payment Security

MKV Publishers does not store, access, or retain any credit card, debit card, or banking credentials entered during the checkout process. All payment transactions are encrypted and handled exclusively by our payment processing partner in accordance with applicable security standards. Shipping Policy
Print Books:
- Delivery is available across Pakistan only
- Standard delivery time: 3 working days from order confirmation
- Delivery charge: PKR 200 per order
- Free delivery on orders above PKR 1,500
- MKV Publishers is not responsible for delays caused by courier services or circumstances beyond our control
Ebooks:
- Available worldwide
- Delivered instantly via email as a download link upon payment confirmation
- Formats: PDF and/or EPUB
- No shipping charge applies
Return & Refund Policy
Print Books:
- If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@mkvpublishers.com
- Provide your order details and photographic evidence of the issue
- We will arrange a replacement or full refund at our discretion
- Books returned must be in their original, unused condition
- Returns due to change of mind are not accepted
Ebooks:
- Due to the digital nature of ebooks, all sales are final once the download link has been issued
- No refunds will be issued after download link is issued
- If you experience a technical issue preventing access to your purchase, contact us immediately at info@mkvpublishers.com and we will resolve it promptly
Refund Processing:
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7 working days via the original payment method
Publishing & Services
Clients engaging MKV Publishers for writing, editing, design, publishing, marketing, translation, or printing services agree to the following:
- A formal quote and scope of work will be provided before commencement
- Services begin upon confirmation and initial payment
- Timelines are estimates and may vary based on project complexity
- Revisions are subject to agreed scope; additional revisions may incur additional charges
- Confidentiality of client content and manuscripts is maintained at all times
- MKV Publishers retains no ownership rights over client manuscripts unless explicitly agreed in writing
Links and Third-Party Content
MKV Publishers does not review all third-party sites linked on this website and is not responsible for the contents of any such linked site. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement. Use of any linked website is at the user’s own risk.
